These are the committees defined within Central Penn Business Group on Health. Click the view members link or the committee name to see a list of committee members. Member Services Committee
Responsible for providing an overall positive membership experience. Oversees integrity of current member benefits, plus leading the process of implementing any new programs authorized by the Board of Directors. Assists with recruiting new and retaining existing membership.
Professional Development Committee
Responsible for planning all seminars, roundtables, and educational programs. The committee selects pertinent topics and/or themes, secures speakers and assists on at the events with logistics, registration, etc.
Strategic Development Committee
Evaluates major new visions, ideas, functions and programs that the Business Group on Health might consider for the future. Committee is charged to lead investigations then present a finished proposal to the Board of Directors for consideration. Composed of key stakeholders from all categories (employers, insurers, health providers, and brokers) and facilitates development of collaborative solutions to issues affecting healthcare costs.
Transparency Committee
