NEW Pennsylvania State Health Insurance Marketplace (Pennie)
is here! In 2019, Pennsylvania enacted legislation that calls for the state to establish its own health insurance marketplace that will be operational in time for the 2021 plan year. The exchange will be run under the direction of Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority (PHIEA) and open enrollment for the 2021 plan year will begin
November 1, 2020
