About this Presentation:

This presentation is on non-medication wellness interventions that will focus on mindfulness and strategies/techniques to manage stress in both the work environment and personal life. 



About our Presenter:

Christine Stockwell is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works for Penn State Hershey Medical Center Psychiatry and Behavioral Health outpatient clinic as a Specialist Clinical Counselor in Hershey PA.  She provides outpatient individual therapy services to adults and runs a marriage and family clinic.  She also provides therapy supervision and training for third and fourth year psychiatry residents and is a member of an ECHO team working with veterans, their family members, and employers of veterans.  Chris has her MS in Counseling from Cairn University and a MA in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and Graduate School.  She has worked in the behavioral health field for 17 years having the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults.
