As part of our commitment to share insights, on January 24, 2020, CPBGH will host our fourth data reveal event. Come join us as we continue to explore our data to gain insights into valuable benchmarks around healthcare costs and utilization within our region. We will be providing an expanded review of the CPBGH Cohort utilization focusing on changes in these measurements looking for trends and opportunities for savings. This will include a review of Innovu's new risk scores and what they tell us about not only how our risk has changed but also a look at future risk. We will share the following categories of valuable information with event attendees: the demographics of the population represented, chronic disease prevalence and the costs associated with the top chronic diseases including Hypertension, Diabetes, etc. We will also share our vision for the path forward with our plans to work with other healthcare coalitions to enhance our members access to healthcare management services.
