2022 WELL WORKPLACE AWARDS

What are the Well Workplace Awards?

The Lancaster County Well Workplace Awards seek to recognize companies who have taken steps toward creating a culture of health at their workplace. The Central Penn Business Group on Health and LiveWELL Lancaster County Coalition, partner annually, to honor Lancaster County companies that have adopted initiatives to keep their employees healthy, and provide continued support towards improving their wellness programs.

Who Can Apply?

Public or private organizations that are headquartered in or within 3 miles of Lancaster County and have employee wellness programs in place during the past twelve months may apply.

Employers who are headquartered outside of Lancaster County may still apply if they maintain a satellite office within Lancaster County and have at least 100 employees living in Lancaster County. Employers who meet this qualification will compete in the award’s size-category based on the entire organization’s workforce.

Companies of any size. We understand that companies of different sizes will have different access to resources that they are able to utilize for the implementation of wellness programs. For this reason, in an effort to maintain equity, companies will be placed into one of two groups: Large businesses with ≥250 employees, and small businesses with <250 employees. Both categories of companies will follow the same application process.
