Accountable Care Organizations (ACO’s) have the potential to transform healthcare delivery, improve quality of care, and lower costs, by improving the provider community’s focus on service coordination, patient engagement and improvement of population health. At this session we’ll learn more about the ACO model and how it is being implemented by several of the region’s leading healthcare provider organizations and health insurers.
